Privacy
What we store: a fingerprint of your account key (not the key), your alerts, your SimpleX contact number in our bot, your plan, and records of alerts sent to you. Prices we collect are public market data.
What we don't store: email, name, phone number or IP addresses. The web server keeps no access log. The only cookies are your login session and, if you pick one, your light/dark theme choice.
SimpleX messages are end-to-end encrypted, and SimpleX has no user identifiers. We know only an internal contact number.
Deleting your account removes everything linked to it immediately. It is a real delete, not a hidden flag.
